Lamigo桃猿隊在最近七年的中華職棒裡，奪下五冠，票房也居於四隊之首。為什麼就在如今球隊準備奪下三連冠的時候，宣布打算賣球隊的決定？Lamigo桃猿隊，正要邁向球隊三連霸之際，昨（3日）突然召開記者會，宣布求售。領隊劉玠廷哽咽提到，要賣球隊，「是困難與不捨的決定。」桃猿在近七年奪下五冠，2017和2018年間，更達成隊史首度的二連霸，球隊票房也位居四隊之首，突然喊賣，震驚全台，但並非沒有跡象。目前，中職共有統一獅、富邦悍將、中信兄弟和Lamigo桃猿四隊。今年3月，La<a href="https://a1983s.com/seo" New集團從第一金控手中買下球隊，改名為La New熊，並於2006年奪下隊史第一座總冠軍。但球隊在高雄經營不見起色，2011年，La New熊將主場遷至桃園，更名為「Lamigo桃猿」，接著在劉保佑之子、劉玠廷擔任領隊後，開始大力改造球隊。劉玠廷曾說，他要將「看球」變成一種娛樂。因為中職再怎麼打，就是四隊的對戰組合，而「娛樂化」是讓球迷有「超越勝負的感動」，不論輸贏，都能享受比賽。因此，劉玠廷和日職、韓職、美職交流，到國外取經，首創「全猿主場」「猿風加油」，帶起台灣棒球應援的新風潮。在桃猿的主場比賽，可以看到賽後煙火、乾冰，還有女子與兒童啦啦隊，明星的賽後演唱會等。前年，桃猿便找來動畫《灌籃高手》原唱上杉昇，在球場獻唱經典主題曲，引發球迷瘋狂。這些活動讓球迷變得<a href="https://a1983s.com/seo" target="_blank">評價CP值超高</a>愈來愈多元，家庭、女性都是座上賓，還有球迷為了看球方便，甘願在桃園青浦球場附近買房。另外，桃猿也提高球員薪資、和球員簽複數年合約，建立完善的二軍制度，年年改善球場設施等。原先在桃猿的「大王」王柏融，今年成為中職設下旅外資格後，首位從中職轉戰日職的球員，目前正在北海道日本火腿鬥士隊打拚。票房遭遇逆風，「明年若無買主將繼續經營」桃猿用心經營職棒，球迷有目共睹，但台灣內需市場仍有限。去年，桃猿遭遇票房逆風，帶動球迷進場的快速成長期已過，雖然每場平均觀眾人數達7745人，仍居四隊之首，較排名第二的中信兄弟多了近2200人，卻是Lamigo幾年來首度的下滑，較2017年的7596人減少1.99％。副領隊浦韋青曾在接受《遠見》採訪時提到，台灣影響比賽進行的因素太多。他舉例，北海道日本火腿鬥士隊2018年的第一場比賽，碰上16年來最大的暴風雪，現場仍有1萬7000人看比賽，「在台灣，若是戶外球場，一定是停賽。如果是陰雨綿綿的天氣，勉強能打，但人數一定也會受影響。」今年6月24日，中職確認味全龍的加盟案，宣告中職在維持10年的四隊組合後，將有第五隊加入，各界甚至期盼第六隊的到來。對球迷來說，明年味全龍投入賽事，比賽精采度與新鮮感勢必增加。但對球團來說，排賽程卻是個問題，目前四隊的對戰組合，在票房最佳的週末，都有比賽可打，代表有收入進帳，一旦變成五隊，週末勢必有隊<a
